Once I got past reading the words “my mate” 4765346 times and the overused endearment “Feyre darling,” I enjoyed this book more than the previous three. I like that there‘s more than one POV and it gives more depth to each of the main characters. I‘m hoping the next two include more of Elaine and Nesta. Book #78 in 2024

A definite 5 star read for me. My review is longer than Litsy allows, so it‘s in the comments. No spoilers though. Book #78 in 2023

Allthebookclubs Violet‘s self doubt was infuriating and once the story got going most of the next steps were obvious, but the cadence kept me wanting more and it was so hard to put this book down when I needed to focus on other tasks. 13mo
Allthebookclubs The sexual tension in the first 2/3 of the book was palpable and I kept waiting for the storied sex scenes I kept hearing about from my friends, when they finally happened they were intense and oh so well written. 13mo
Allthebookclubs I was completely wrapped up in this book for two days reading it, it was consuming. And then it just ends, right after a major scene and revelation. I‘m torn up about starting the second book, I don‘t want to dive back in and find out there‘s a third but it doesn‘t come out for a long time. 13mo

Book #78
4/5
You should read this book if:
- You have watched any of the Duggar specials or series
- You are currently, or have ever, deconstructed all or part of your faith
- You are interested in people. Period.
As always with memoirs, I recommend the audio book, as it is read by the author. (I borrowed this one online from the library).

Not a bad series at all.
Bought me three new puzzles to do while listening to books

Soscha I do miss doing puzzles. I just don‘t have the space & flat surface to enjoy it anymore. 2y
Soscha And I stick to under 2000. I‘m just not that good at them. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 2y
bookaholic1 @Soscha I don't know what I'd do without puzzles, especially in the winter months. I usually do 2000pc, but just to relax and enjoy I bought these 3 1000pcs. I keep them and redo at different times. 2y

It Starts with Us | Colleen Hoover

More Atlas. And not a prequel though there is more info about their start. I only read it for the Atlas view. Lily perspective is... dramatic sometimes. I get it. But I still find it less interesting to read when I have to figure out why she's over reacting. This book is way less optionally draining than the first. Just a story with a little drama. Well played Colleen Hoover to get us hooked. #78-2022

22 #78 I feel like the main character‘s modern day story line was weak. Very weak. The WWII aspect was more interesting but still I struggled to keep my mind from wandering. Also, I have no idea where the title came from.

Finally finished the Raven Cycle series! Will Patton is an amazing narrator. His voice is soft when it needs to be and frightening when called for. Lots of exciting and terrifying happenings in this one. So glad to wrap up the series! Yay! #78 #BookSpin #16 #BFC22 #SERIES2022 #20in4

TheAromaofBooks Woohoo!! I enjoyed this series. It didn't end the way I personally would have made it end (lol) but it was still pretty satisfying. 2y

Another book done in the Her Royal Spyness Mysteries series by Rhys Bowen. These are such great palate cleansers! They are entertaining, funny and the narrators are spot on. I especially enjoy when Darcy pops in to save the day. #78 #BookSpinBingo #1 #BFC22 #SERIES2022 #ReadMyRoom #JubilantJuly #Pantone2022

Finally, we can review this on Litsy!! After reading several GREAT reviews (elsewhere, lol), I gave this book a shot and I‘m so glad I did! It was predictable in all of the best ways. While not my usual genre, I‘m a sucker for a love story and couldn‘t stop reading about Stella and Luka. I adored Luka from the getgo and easily understood and empathized with Stella. Layla, Beckett and Dane are very endearing characters. Book #78 in 2021
