These poems show that brevity is not only the soul of wit, but it can also be the soul of poetry. They are the poetic equivalent of vignettes and are as powerful and relevant now as when they were first published. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
pickWinter vacation read number five! This is the first book by Alice Walker that I've read. The bio and photos were so interesting too. I'll definitely read The Color Purple in the new year!
