Very useful self-help book explaining the role of cognitive therapy in fighting depression. With some practice, the recommendations can be applied directly by readers to change the patterns of thinking.

"Almost all negative emotional reactions inflict their damage only as a result of low self-esteem. A poor self-image is the magnifying glass that can transform a trivial mistake or an imperfection into an overwhelming symbol of personal defeat."

Jumping in on the #weeklyforecast
Looks like I'm in for some strange and varying weather this week! James and the Giant Peach is the bedtime story pick for the little readers. I'm hoping to do a little inner work and read a chapter or two a day from Feeling Good as well as starting Fantastic Land for #lmpbc.
@Cinfhen

Cinfhen Awwww, I love your nighttime read!!! Who usually picks the books??? 5y
HeathHof @Cinfhen My daughter (the older of the two littlest) does. I'll usually throw out a few suggestions but she makes the call. As long as she's reading I'm happy😄 5y
