I had my eye on this forever and chapters actually put it on their sale table! I keep it out to flip through the days casually. Great insight into my favourite city #riotgrams day four big books

Another gorgeous bookshop in London, right by the V&A and Natural History Museum if your planning a visit :) I found this book there- a collection of writings, letters and memoirs from Londoners across the ages- one for everyday of the year. A snapshot across time.

scripturient I so have to go back to London!! 😍 Hopefully in November. 😊 8y
Laura317 Wish I could go back too. I loved my time there. All too brief. 8y
KarenUK I love the sound of that book... Stacked! .... And yes, this a lovely book store... 💗 8y

TheLondonBookworm @scripturient ooh how exciting! I need to visit another city sometime soon and find some bookshops elsewhere! 8y
TheLondonBookworm @Laura317 it takes a long time to get around this city! I still haven't seen it all and I live here 😂 8y
TheLondonBookworm @KarenUK it's a beautiful hard back too! 8y
LeeRHarry I picked up that book just after I had spent the previous year in the UK with some of that time in London - I thought it would be a good one to read at a later date 😊 8y
TheLondonBookworm @LeeRHarry Did you ever get around to reading it? I like that I can flick through it now and again but don't have to read it all in one sitting :) it gives great snapshots of life in London 8y
LeeRHarry @TheLondonBookworm I've had a quick flick though - it's definitely a good book for doing that 😊 8y
