Hm. Not the greatest writing for me. Story was ok.
Although I feel I haven‘t gotten an answer to a sort of big thing in the story. So the point of that was..?

It was too long for what it was and the end also felt quick compared to the rest of the story. Too much repetition of events. And the actual ‘secret‘ was underwhelming.
