4 ⭐Do you ever get bored of the same ham and Swiss on rye. . This cookbook not only explores the history of sandwiches, but some of the most unique things ever put on them and the recipes to make them. And of all the recipes I‘ve seen the one that sounds most intriguing is the cucumber pineapple sandwich. And the most WTF sandwich is probably the hotdog sloppy Joe‘s sandwich. Also trigger warning: this book is on the side of hotdogs are sandwiches.

Texreader Love that trigger warning! 3w

Lindy It hadn‘t occurred to me that there are people who don‘t consider hot dogs as a kind of sandwich. 🤔 3w
LibrarianRyan @Lindy oh yeah. It‘s a hotly contested debate for some people. 😜 3w

Merry Christmas! My family and I exchanged our gifts today because tomorrow we are driving up to visit relatives. My sister got me this book on sandwiches! 🥪 📖 And my mom got me a nice humidifier.

I made mac and cheese for dinner with some spaghetti squash as a side (the squash was from a coworker who loves to garden) and we have an ice cream cake for dessert.

Hope everyone has a happy holiday season!

Amiable I got this book for my son and my father-in-law! 😀 1mo
