•A romance story with something more to it than just romance. I liked.
•I really wish she wouldn‘t use Carly Robins for all her romance books because she‘s slightly annoying, but maybe it‘s just me. Much love for Teddy Hamilton, though.

Predictable until it‘s not! Didn‘t see it coming. I did find it unnecessarily vulgar which I felt cheapened it but I really enjoyed it!

Rebecca Yarros knows how to do romance and I am here for every single sappy, sexy love scene and every twisted, messy love story between two tortured, guilt ridden people. Not the dragons. She can keep the dragons! But I‘ll take a Hudson Ellis every time because this Hudson Ellis and second-chance romance story is sooo swoooon worthy hot! 5⭐️ 3🌶️
