The tiny island nation of Santa Dora (in between France & Spain) provides Sweet Valley‘s first foreign exchange student. The whole school is in Santa Dora fervor, welcoming Arthur with the traditional cuisine & clothing. Elizabeth quickly realizes that Arthur wants nothing more than to try out being a typical Californian student… which is all the more important to him because he‘s actually the crown prince! Liz keeps his secret, but can Jessica?
