I read this in 7th grade and loved it! The story has stayed with me for over 30 years -- not so much the title! Thanks to @PatriciaU for taking my clues all the way to the title!

Grounding of Group 6 was published in 1983 and this challenge today made me realize I need to reread! Loved it when I read it in 1997 so let's see if it is still holding up...Was so ahead of it's time I wonder if we have even caught up 35 years later... 👍
