As someone who suffers anxiety attacks these books are a life saver. Being able to zero in on trying to keep things neat and tidy (guys I'm so bad at coloring) helps me center my breathing without realizing it's happening. Highly recommend this book, the small size and hardcover make it perfect for traveling and tight spaces.

SusanInTiburon "Bad at coloring?" That's not a real thing. And your picture is beautiful! ???❤️? 8y
Flower_Fairy I suffer with anxiety too and I love my colouring book. I don't know what I'd do without it sometimes. I have Enchanted Forest by Johanna Basford 8y
Clare_Riley I use colouring books as my escape from anxiety. A friend bought me a 'grown-ups' colour by numbers: it's really intricate and takes a lot of thought (at least that's what I tell myself!). Perfect! 8y
jessberk13 I love to color while listening to audiobooks! #audiocoloring 8y
NatalieR I think you did a great job! 😊 8y
