Pickpick

I have enjoyed this trilogy much more than I expected. Because of the plot structure and YA tropes it could have been awfully disappointing, but the main character was just imperfect enough to be relatable, and while she did have a love interest, her whole life and choices didn't revolve around him. And the "mind-reading secret society" hook was actually fairly inventive and well-developed rather than trite. Not quite 4⭐️ for me, but close.

I don't know the Bible very well, but I'm with Mac on this one.
