Suddenly, days spent at the old Harrington plantation are much more enjoyable, especially when she visits with Oliver, a mysterious teen ghost on the property. A Black teenage girl is grounded. Her punishment - to work for her ghostbuster dad for the summer. Her dad wants to destroy the ghosts on a historic plantation, but the MC can see and interact w/them, and wonders if there's a better way. It's a touch romantic and has a bit of a murder myster, and it delves into the problematic plantation history.
Did I find the thing that‘s finally going to satisfy those Mediator cravings? Hope we get more of this!
