Welcome to Litsy!

I‘m fortunate to live about five minutes away from The Last Word, my favorite indie, which has a great selection of new and used books plus totes and socks and all that good “extra” stuff you can find in a bookstore.

This month. however, I especially need to shout out Little District Books and G Books. They‘re following in the footsteps of Lambda Rising, an LGBT bookstore that operated in DC from 1974 to 2010.
