This was such a good read. I really enjoyed the story and the characters are so likeable. Ted is probably my favourite though. The plot is easy to read but keeps you turning the page. After a chance meeting two former friends decide to buy a dilapidated cottage together. They plan to renovate it themselves and then sell it with profit.

The romance happens over night, after they have had several mishaps living in the cottage for a couple of days. The 3 months planning stage was platonic.
