pickTesta is an interesting case of a working artist with two entirely separate careers. In publishing, he's now a somewhat obscure children's book author and illustrator. This book is a slightly ungrammatical little journey, just kind of joyful. Elsewhere, he has a fancy fine arts career which includes the kind of dreadful paintings I made in sarcastic fine arts game Passpartout. I was just sort of charmed by the whole “old Greenwich Village“ vibe.
