pick5⭐️ for this 30 page incredible poetic story. It was just one of the most exquisitely, brutal stories I‘ve ever read. Utterly heartbreaking yet so so empowering. It‘s the first book I‘ve ever read by this author, but definitely not the last. If you can take an hour to out of your day, and you like dark fantasy, get this wanna try. I don‘t think you will regret it. This is awesome my #DoubleSpin for my #bookspinbingo.

panI seldom read books in the fantasy genre, so I think that put me at a total disadvantage for not only liking this short story, but understanding it as well. I absolutely loved Alix‘s debut novel, The Ten Thousand Doors of January, so I thought I would really like this one. I guess I should have known better when I didn‘t understand the title details summary. 🤦🏻♀️
