Noelle Allred used to love Christmas, but not anymore. She's completely skipping it this year.Jack Meadows has always skipped Christmas. But his sister-a single mom to Jack's five-year-old nephew and his favorite little guy on the planet-asks him to provide Christmas experiences for her son. She's going through cancer treatment, so she's too sick to.Since Jack hasn't personally had positive Christmas experiences, he seeks help from his employee, Noelle.Even though Jack, her very Grinch-like boss, seems desperate for Noelle's help and she needs the extra money that the side job would pay, she tells him no.But then a mysterious package shows up on Noelle's doorstep with a postmark of North Pole, Alaska. Inside is a tin of cards, hand-painted by Noelle's Gran-gran, who passed away one year ago. Gran-gran was the person she used to do every Christmas tradition with. Each card shows a scene depicting one of those traditions, along with a request to continue to do it. So she tells Jack she'll help.As Noelle and Jack both help his nephew to experience the plethora of Christmas magic a tight-knit community provides, along with the magic of her large, loving, and very enthusiastic Christmas-celebrating family, they start to fall for each other.But he's her boss, so a relationship would definitely kick them off Santa's nice list.
