Cute cover.

This was your typical holiday romance, set in an adorable Christmas-themed small town where two friends find love and community. Kinda predictable, kinda corny, but very cute and perfect for getting into the Christmas spirit. 3.5/5 🎄❤️
Not for me. It started off good but quickly became more annoying than anything. I can‘t believe I finished it. I should have DNFd it instead of wasting 6 hrs of my life. I hated the characters. Which isn‘t always a bad thing but there was no meaningful message I can highlight from it except don‘t assume you know why people do things and be self centered thinking it‘s all about you.

A heartfelt, twinkling festive read. Following characters in the town of Wishing Tree, Camryn has returned from Chicago to help bring up her sisters, River is loving her new home town but her past is holding her back from living happily. Helen, a widow, has started Project Jake: to find her wealthy son a wife. I would love to visit Wishing Tree (if only it was a real place!) I could definitely get on board with Cookie Tuesday.

Welcome to the town of Wishing Tree, a wonderful place to spend the holidays. This fun book is filled with authentic friendships, two romances and a meddling mother with a really good heart. It is also a place where those who have lost their way can find their forever home. I truly enjoyed this heartwarming story.
I enjoyed this two stories in one Christmas book… I can totally see it as a hallmark movie because I laughed, I cried and loved every word!
I enjoyed this sweet story about two friends finding love in a small town. I only wish some parts had been fleshed out a bit more—because this features two romances, some scenes and character development are condensed. Understandable, but I would‘ve liked to have had a bit more.
Book 20 for #winterreadathon
It sort of fits City dweller in small town for #holidayromancebingo
This is my 2nd read for the #holidayromancebingo I choose “single parent”, for the sister raising her twin sisters. This is two loves stories is one. Camryn and Jake, Camryn has had a lot of loss and is afraid of commitment. Then there is River and Dylan, River is socially awkward and if finding her way in the small town. I felt both stories were rushes and the book should‘ve concentrated on one story. But fun!🎄🎄
A small town with warm and friendly residents filled with the Christmas spirit…well, don‘t you think you need to visit Wishing Tree?
Susan Mallery writes beautiful family-themed stories with happily-ever-after endings. Just what is needed for the holidays!
You will enjoy this book if you enjoy novels with close-knit families, some romance, and humor.
