This is a romance book. Don't get fooled by the tiny mystery plot because it doesn't really go anywhere and is overshadowed by the romance.

I found it fairly meh. The two POV characters had very similar voices which was frustrating. I had to keep checking whose POV it was.

This was a fun paranormal romance with a shifter community and a mystery turning up half-shifted creatures throughout the city. Thor was born into a shifter family but has no power of his own. Cassian just moved in as his roommate - cue bi-panic, roommates to lovers, and a ton of weird magical traditions he is in way over his head for.
This was a steamy romance but also got pretty intense with the mystery aspect. TW: kidnapping, violence, assault
