A decent weekend read. I realised quite early on that it probably would have been better to start at the beginning of the series, because I definitely felt like I was missing some of the nuance of the character interactions. It‘s not exactly what the blurb bills it as, and I found the different threads of the narrative a little confusing, particularly in the first half. Good but not great.

This is the 5th book in the William Warwick series. I have read the whole series and also the Clifton Chronicles. Archer is very adept at storyteller so I have enjoyed all these books. Miles Faulkner has been imprisoned for art fraud. Princess Di is also in the book and The Royalty Protection Command is guarding her. There are many twists and turns make this an interesting read.

Another great book in the William Warwick series, As well as dealing with the usual foes, this one also involves a strong storyline revolving around Princess Diana and her life. Totally enjoyed this one, and recommend the series.

Hate Jeffrey Archer‘s politics but can‘t help enjoying his books!

19th Book, and final book finished for #AugustARC @Clwojick. Really pleased with this but stil la lot of ARCs to get to.

Time to progress the WilliamWarwick series, with the new book which is published next month. One of the central characters in this book is Diana, Princess of Wales. Should be interesting.
