Lol the inner monologue from Nightfall was a total delight for me. She is just soooo fun to read considering the one sided love she's carrying for Twilight.

And is Sy-on boy catching feelings? I saw some blushing happening

I was so excited when my hold became available that I dropped everything I was doing and devoured this volume. I've managed to get so wrapped up in this series that it is all I want to read right now. I have no clue how to review this volume without spoilers, but basically, it kind of addressed some things that had been building in previous volumes. It really seems like it built up some of the storyline for the next volume.

Did I finish the first 5 volumes and immediately by the next 5? Yeah, I did because any story that makes you laugh out loud and quote lines to your family…incessantly…is next to impossible to resist. At least for me…

Love early morning weekend reading. ☕️📖🌅

PROS: Featuring the most metal tennis tournament I have ever seen, well-plotted action, not just in how events pan out, but how that action is depicted on the page - a characteristic of this entire series, but felt especially dynamic in this volume.
Tyke fashion montage served some surreal looks that just made me appreciate the artist even more. 1/2

Robotswithpersonality 2/2 CONS: Is the recently introduced female spy's sole motivation being gaining the affection of Twilight very cringe-y, not particularly feminist rep? Yes, but there's not much about the female characters in this series that's flattering other than their general badassery and staggering competence.
Along the same line, little school friend Becky's romantic interest in Anya's father, and her associated borderline sexualization remains creepy.

Today‘s plan involves another couple volumes of this fun series, a chunk of Proust, and a trip to the park with Daisy. It‘s finally gonna be warm enough for a longer walk!

dabbe Dynamite Daisy! Hope you enjoy your walk today with Mama!❣️🐾❣️ 2y

Had a little time between cleaning house and making dinner so sat down with this little gem real quick. Looks like Anya is off the hook and Loid is going to take this mission by the horns! Still, plenty of Anya (my favorite character) and a few laughs. Love this series.
