This was my first Pocket Change Collective selection, and I‘m glad I saw them here on Litsy! I plan to add them all to my TBR.
I chose this one first because I was a skateboard enthusiast in high school. I was never very good, but I loved learning and just hanging out skating parking lots with my friends.
Leo‘s story is an inspiration. I‘m glad he‘s out there doing what he loves as himself now.
Moonprismpower Gosh I wish I could skateboard. I have no center of gravity 😂. You have pics or videos of you skateboarding? 3y
Soubhiville @Moonprismpower if there are pictures they‘re from the old days before digital cameras…. So I‘d have to dig through albums. (Yep, I‘m that old.) 3y
Moonprismpower I mean the first digital cameras really didn‘t come out until 1990 and they were wicked expensive. I don‘t think we had one in our house until at least 1998/9, I was about fifteen. I used to get film developed. Ah those were the days. So we can be old-ish together! I bought a vintage Polaroid camera a few years back. I love it. 3y
