pickI display this picture from the book for the students to emulate when they draw themselves after reading the story.
pickNormally I would do this lesson with all of kindergarten, but it was skipped last year and I only had time to do it with a third of them this year. We read the book, and then they draw themselves. I give them a piece of origami paper to cut out a circle and have them paste it down. And then they draw their string. So much fun. #everybodybooks #readoutloud
