TBH, I started this because I felt like a bit of brain candy. And it is a sweet romance. But there‘s also a lot of depth here, too. It‘s a story about not letting others define you, and the choices we make. Just a really nice read—great characters, evocative setting. There are some real gems to be found among those Kindle deals, and this is one. I don‘t have a picture of frozen yogurt (read and you‘ll understand), so sweetest of my camera roll.

As sweet as the title suggests but packing an emotional punch, Sweet Bliss is a heartwarming, swoony romance that will sweep you away and stay with you long after you turn the last page. You‘ll fall in love with Aaron, Julia, baby Jack, and all of Harper Landing, a cozy community where everybody knows your name. Bardsley has written a sweet page-turner, and I can‘t wait for her next novel!

Sweet Bliss by Jennifer Bardsley is one of my most anticipated 2021 reads! Left raising his newly orphaned nephew, Aaron Baxter moves to Harper Landing. Julia Harper, descendant of the town‘s founder, is mostly resigned to her role as the often-overlooked girl next door. But when Aaron reaches out for help, she finds herself yearning to take part in a sweet love story of her own. Watch for this one coming July 13 from Montlake Romance! 💖
