so-soThis week I've been finishing up Christmas reads.
Cover was beautiful to look at. Loved the setting, traditions, and the food. Romance was rather bland. Also I didn't really care for Holly, she had no common sense. Reveal of why she might possibly lose her job made like her even less.
*I will probably read Summer Island for more of the Norway setting.

pickThe perfect cosy festive read. I adored this story especially the setting. A young doctor escapes to Norway to house sit for her brother. Whilst there she comes across a “Norwegian Hermit” who is nursing a broken heart. The chemistry between the two MC‘s is undeniable. The island community sounds so unique but finding out about Norwegian traditions and their food was insightful. Would definitely recommend
