First full read of Hurricane Irma Readathon is done. I've decided the best course of action is to see how many books I can read. This one was super cute!! (My kids' fort pictured in the background.)

I liked this book a lot though I was not happy with them calling the girl whose mother lost her job "Poor -" (I can't remember her actual name) and the main character accusing her because she does not have a lot of money. The artwork was great and the story was cute, but it lost a decent amount of points with me due to this detail that could have been left out as it added nothing to the story.

Marin's mom makes the best sandwiches with fresh and homemade ingredients. This week, Marin's delicious sandwiches are being stolen. He must eliminate suspects and hatch a plan to get to the bottom of this culinary heist.
