This didn‘t have the sparkle of Holes but was still enjoyable. Slowly but surely I‘m also working my way through #serieslove2024 on the non-mystery side.

This sequel featuring Stanley‘s friend Armpit pales in comparison to the series opener. Read my full review here: https://debbybrauer.org/#small-steps-holes-2
Im surprised I never read this book before when it came out because I always liked Holes, but this was my first time reading it and was pleasantly surprised to find out the setting was in Austin TX.
This is my Week 2 #BookFitnessChallenge check-in. This week had some unique challenges with very high temps and an A/C that went out making movement sluggish. My goal of 49K will stay without revision. (A/C is back and temps are down!) I completed book 3 of 10. I‘m feeling great that I‘m sticking with something for 14+ days. Back in my Atkins Diet days I struggled beyond the first 14 days so beyond that is 👍🏼!

🎵I went to a Ruth B concert that was fun, and I am really excited to go see Taylor Swift next month with @CSeydel
🎵I could (and do 😂) listen to Kids from the Stranger Things soundtrack over and over 📼🚴🎲
Thanks for yet another awesome #manicmonday @JoScho
It's a small milestone, but it made me smile on this less than smiley day. Thank you Littens for welcoming me to this beautiful community! I love having a community that gets my reading obsession. 📚🙆📚🙆📚 #hpchapteraday #librariansoflitsy #teachersoflitsy #readingrocks #readjanuary #thankyou
