I absolutely love that so much of this story is framed by Cindy talking to her therapist. It‘s genius, and encouraging.

Another great volume of Silk. Some plot points wrap up in this volume, but some new questions arise. What I always enjoy about Silk is how well they deal with her stress and anxiety. It's not brushed away with some superhero fix, but rather we get to see her talk to a therapist and work through mental health issues in a realistic fashion.

queerbookreader Ooooo I haven't gotten ahold of this volume yet!! Spider Gwen vol. 2 was fairly disappointing after the Spider-Women feature so I hope this one isn't as disappointing as Gwen's 7y

Loved it! There's so much that happens in this one and its all awesome! I especially love her two friends from work and the way they geek out when given the opportunity. The end left me hopeful for lots more awesomeness to come. I can't wait to read more of this series.

Day 9 of #Riotgrams is author/character who shares your same name. Cindy Moon, aka. Silk, was bitten by the same radioactive that gave Peter Parker his spidey powers but that's where the similarities end. Cindy is a character that I absolutely love & have since I picked up the first issue of Silk. It's definitely a bonus that we share the same first name. If you haven't picked up a trade of Silk, I definitely recommend you should.
