2 posts | 2 read
With Alice determined to discover the truth about her past, and Seth determined to help her, the couple find themselves sucked into a world where nothing is as it seems and no one can be trusted. On the run to escape a mad queen's wrath, and with an entire realm looking for them, tensions fray and friendships are tested. Even worse for Seth, shocking secrets he'd rather leave buried are brought to the surface. Joined on their adventure by an irritable Gus and a mysterious Eva, the four friends must learn the truth of Alice's past so she can forge her future. But a future with whom? And where? THE WISDOM OF MADNESS is the final book in the Ministry of Curiosities series.

Mehso-so

I feel like I‘m on a streak of 3 star books lately 😞. But I‘m the bright side I have another #SeriesLove2022 book down.

TheSpineView Hope the next one is better! 2y
Andrew65 I feel a four or five star book coming for you. Well done on completing this. 👏👏👏 2y

Ugh! Why did there have to be another book in the series?

Alice! 🙈 In Wonderland 🙈

Book 9 made a much better end to this series.

Birdsong28 If you want a decent twist on Alice in Wonderland then try the tagged book it's the first in a 9 book series 5y
julesG @Birdsong28 Thank you! 5y
LibrarianRyan I haven‘t started this series yet. I have book 1 but I have read (okay listened to) and I think I have the first book in a third series as well. I agree with above. I have heard a lot of good thing about Insanity. I bought it but haven‘t read it either. I‘m so behind. 😁 5y

julesG @LibrarianRyan Archer's books are easy to listen to. I've worked my way through two of her series so far and enjoyed both (minus the tagged book) 5y
LibrarianRyan @julesG I emailed her about when the next audio was going to be available for libraries. She was so nice. 5y
julesG @LibrarianRyan I assume she produces the audiobooks herself. well you know, self-publishing like. 5y
LibrarianRyan @julesG she pays to have them produced. It‘s one of the things we talked about. And once it‘s produced she has to have a distribution contract. Her original distributor didn‘t sell to libraries until after 6 months (audible inly I believe) but she had to get a new one who does. 5y
julesG @LibrarianRyan That's interesting. 5y
