Fun middle grade story. Definitely the first of a series. Lots of open ended plot points and a cliffhanger ending. Illustrations are cute, story is decent. I just would have liked at least one answer to the questions it raises, but it could technically be a stand alone book.

This book is adorable both inside and out. I love the cover design. This one took me back to the days when I loved reading the Bunnicula series as a kid. It does touch on death and coming back to life so it would help if the reader was in the middle grade range of reading. I'm sure that my children will enjoy this one as well. Thank you Candlewick Press for this lovely ARC copy.
