Under its cover, this book is gloriously pink!

Kristina writes as she speaks. The style is snappy and amusing. If you like her videos (and I do!) you‘ll really enjoy this.

My favourite line was a translation of a saying from her native Croatia:

“Be the blacksmith of your own joy.”

My loan expired but I didn't want to take it out for a few more pages. Overall an enjoyable book with lots of parenting advice, often repetitive at times. I was extremely interested in her childhood in Croatia and following her divorce. If you're a social media follower, you're going to get a lot of similar stories.

?? This is spectacular and absolutely something I've been working on over the years. I tell my kids that not everything that pops into your head needs to fall out of your mouth and it's a hard lesson to learn after years of pretending my "bluntness" wasn't straight up rudeness! Social media culture gives us the privilege of spouting off any time we see fit but there's a time and a place and only certain people I can address!

I need Philip to teach my husband this very simple trick... especially in the midst of quarantine where I've been switched on for 10 months with no end in sight...

This is a lovely, inspirational, funny yet 'real' book.
Kristina is a superstar and I'm so glad things seem to be going well for her and her family.
