pickThis book is A LOT. It‘s A LOT to think about and in many ways it was really challenging to this teacher who not only trained, but was educated in ‘progressive‘ values driven institutions. I love, is the no child left behind ethos which seems to underpin the Michaela philosophy. The values at the heart of this institution, creating equity of education and cultural capital, kindness, gratitude, high and sustainable expectations are admirable.
