I'm working on this. Step one has been to not share my concern with anyone unless I've sincerely poured my heart out to God first. Step Two is making the time to be honest with God. I'm a princess in training. 👑

I've never considered that not having to have all the answers could be humility. I've always thought of it as my weakness. I'm being made stronger in Christ!

Being asked to recognize that my thoughts or ideas are good but no necessarily part of God's plans or ideas for me is powerful. I've recognized that I need to pray and listen rather than plan and pray. Being able to read how it wasn't bad that David wanted to build the temple helps me understand that my plans aren't bad but God's are best. That is where I need to focus my trust.

This statement about my want is powerful. I'd rather have peace knowing God propelled me forward than the burden of dragging my stuff back to Him asking Him to untangle my mess.
