My favorite YA author would be Ellen Schreiber!
I researched everywhere for their favorite book, but there seems to be no information that might be her favorite book. However, Schreiber was inspired to write Vampire Kisses after reading a book about a rebellious young girl (which she thought was bland), and thus the Vampire Kisses series was born.

Re reading a book I read when I was in middle school, I loved it! I never did get the series finished I got to book 6 I think. So I am re reading it from the begining I hope I love it as much as did the first time I read it :) #Litsy #VampireKisses

I first read this in middle school and I liked it just as much as I did then. It is quite a bit dramatic.

This is definitely the type of book you need to read if you want to bring out your vampire teen obsessed self. This is the typical teenage girl that is obsessed with everything vampires kind of book. Some of the writing is a bit childish and cringe worthy. Though the overall story brings out that nostalgia. If you're looking for a quick read and you're needing a bit of vampire love back into your life, this is the book for you. Rating of 5: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Omg I am in love with this quick little book series. I picked this book up at the library just because and I am so glad I did. If you love ya books, vampires and love then this is a book for you. I don't like to give away to much but never judge a book by it's cover.

These books are definitely not great works of literature, and when ranking vampire novels I'd place them just a few steps above Twilight and the House of Night series. But, they're fun and kind of lighthearted books about a teenage girl and her boyfriend, who might not actually even be a vampire. #SoBadItsGood #MayBookFlowers

I've read way too many books about #Vampires, but this one was completely different. This series didn't follow the Twilight path with the boring girl only developing a personality to match her equally boring vampire boyfriend. Instead, this book deals with the whole "is my boyfriend a vampire" question with more than a little humor. #OctPhotoChallenge

I read this series when my little sister-in-law was into vamp books. They were better than the Twilight books, so if you're looking to bond with a younger family member, these might be worth a try.
