so-soI have mixed results with Aiken's writing. The Wolves of Willoughby Chase is one of my heart-books, but some of her other books I've read were frankly dreadful. This one was the middle for me. I was interested in the story and where things were going, but also... there didn't seem to exactly be a point? But another one off the shelf AND I checked off 1969 for #192025 !! @Librarybelle
