I bailed on a NetGalley read and went to pick up my library book. I can‘t remember where I heard about this book, but apparently it‘s a sequel. So, I have to request the first book and figure out something else to read tonight. 😔

I feel slightly guilty about bailing on the other book, but I have it about 125 pages and was bored stiff. I only gave it that much effort because it was from Netgalley. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Melissa_J I‘m currently reading a Netgally book that I‘m not enjoying, and it‘s a highly anticipated book! I don‘t want to bail but if I‘d bought it myself I totally would have bailed already. 7y
DGRachel @Melissa_J Exactly. I would have bailed a lot sooner if it had been a library book or one I had purchased. I took a few minutes to think about that this evening and realized that just because it was a NetGalley book didn‘t mean that I should have to suffer with a book that just isn‘t for me. 7y
