pickOh no - this is the penultimate instalment in this series! I don't think I'm ready to let it go... Lutz is hilarious, again, and it's fun to see the story and the characters moving forward with their lives.
so-so3/3 This doesn‘t hold up to earlier books in the series. Even the weird family dynamics weren‘t as funny.
The reader didn‘t help. She made Isabelle sound like a dullard.
I‘ll probably listen to the next one since
1) an audiobook doesn‘t take away from my reading time. And it keeps me entertained.
2) I‘m curious—but not too—how the series will wrap. (Unfortunately, my library‘s audio copy of book #5 has the same reader.)
When it comes to a #shoeonthecover shoe prints count, right? 😉
I love this series. It's a fun, quirky read about a dysfunctional family who run a private investigation firm.

pickHumorous! I enjoyed it all the way through as I got reacquainted with the Spellmans and their ideosyncrasies.

Only page 4 of this ya novel and I learned a new word.
