This was a fun #audiolisten Lucky had to deal with an attempted casino takeover, her madam mom, new feelings for her female impersonator best friend that were anything but platonic, and an untrustworthy new guy in security all while dealing with some unusual incidents at the casino. Plus solve a homicide that her mom seems to know too much about, and do some match making for her assistant. Lucky‘s days are never dull.

Similar feel to Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. It's not thought-provoking or deep. But, if you're looking for a light, fun read, this may be the ticket.

I got the other day a message from Nook about this book being free and yesterday I found out it's also free in the Kindle store.

To my shame, I've never heard about Deborah Coonts before so I started reading reluctantly but after a few pages I'm actually enjoying it so I thought I should mention it, in case anyone else is interested. Enjoy!
