Pickpick

The perfect beginner's guide to all types of investing from the DIY approach to apps, robo-advisors, human advisors, retirement plans, stocks, funds, and more. This was the push I needed to realize that investing doesn't have to be a wealthy man's game and that I can (and likely should) dive in immediately.

Lowry uses a conversational tone so you feel like you're getting advice from a friend, and she shares plenty of resources to dive deeper.

Crazeedi Heard a great investing talk when I started a job years ago. He said even a small amount out of paycheck invested will compound over the years into a great retirement account, even through ups and downs of market. It's very wise for a young person to do this 4y
Kaylamburson Yes, they say compound interest is really what makes it for you. I wished I started a bit earlier, but I did start my retirement fund right out of college and I'm ready to invest outside of that. @Crazeedi 4y
Crazeedi @Kaylamburson that's really great 4y

Since finishing Broke Millenial the other day, I've been wanting to read Lowry's next book. Well I just found it in the audible 2 for 1 sale! Yipee!! I also got Going Clear which I've been curious to read for quite some time.
