Pickpick

I was going through a bad phase in life when I began reading it. It's a simple, easy to understand guide on how to cultivate happiness. I particularly enjoyed it although it did get a little pedantic at times.
Two ideas I picked up from this book are - expressing gratitude often and diversifying the sources of your happiness.
All in all, a good self help book.

1) getting this corner behind the lavender planter sorted made me happy this week. I had wanted to do it for at least a year. Also, my herb "garden" is thriving, rocket is growing next to my lemon balm (had not planned this, but it's cool).

2) #24B4Monday, swimming pool (hopefully)
