Here Comes Destructosaurus! | Aaron Reynolds
3 posts | 4 read | 1 to read
Watch the unstoppable destructive force of a raging temper tantrum! Tremble at the enormous mess and disrespectful roaring! Despair as no amount of scolding can stem the heedless fury! Someone is heading for a time-out, Mister! Anyone who has witnessed (or been) a toddler in the throes of a full-blown fit will delight in this clever book's moviemonster rampage, and may just come away from it with a bit more sympathy for toddler and caregiver.

This is a fun book about a dinosaur having a temper tantrum and it will give you an inside look into why a toddler might have a temper tantrum. It is a tradition literature picture book written in a clever and delightful way good for k-2 classrooms. #ucflae3414f19

ChrisC Great activities and lessons are found at www.teachingbooks.net. The UDL strategy to use with this book would be 9.1 to promote expectations that motivate students. A good ELL strategy would be to use hands on activities to engage students. 5y

Having my own little “Destructosaurus” I thought I‘d relate better to this book than I did. I really didn‘t like the way the adult talked to him in this book.
