It was more intriguing than the last couple, they have yet again randomly switched locales, things get more serious in Kay‘s relationship &Marino hits rock bottom.
The murder was in the backseat to the continuing Dr Self drama & Marino‘s meltdown, I wish it would get back to more of the investigation vs character interactions.
Book 2 - Me and Ralph can‘t get enough of Dr. Kay Scarpetta. Can‘t wait to dive into the next Patricia Cornwell on my shelf

This one is more psychological in regards to story vs medical examiner/police procedural.
pickBook 15 in the Kay Scarpetta was a good one, I really enjoyed this. All I'm saying is WTF Marino? Looking forward to the next one to see what happens.
