It's there that she meets gorgeous, older college boy Andrew. He sees her as the girl she wants to be. A girl like Scarlett. He thinks she's older, tooand she doesn't correct him.For Sarah, it's a summer of firsts. Before she knows what's happened, one little lie has transformed into something real. And by the end of August, she might have to choose between falling in love, and finding herself.Fans of Jenny Han and Stephanie Perkins are destined to fall for this romantic and heartfelt coming-of-age novel about how life and love are impossible to predict.

#booktober - #readingsnacks
I don't snack when I read, but I do drink coffee. 😀

I can't decide if I enjoyed this book or not. There were some good parts, but others really annoyed me.

Pickpick

Sarah is a smart girl that wants to be seen as more than smart. She sets out to reinvent herself and accomplishes this by making some bad choices. Great coming-of-age tale. I hoped the story would end differently but I really think it ended the way it had to. Audio narrator Luci Christian was fab!

Loveisnotatriangle Haha. 'Hoped it would end a little differently' is code for 'Lauren shouldn't read this book.' LOL but I'm glad you enjoyed this one. 9y
intothehallofbooks @Loveisnotatriangle Not for Lauren but I allllmost wish it was so we could discuss. I felt a lot of things while I was reading. 9y
