This has become my favorite series lately. Donna Grant does an amazing job of world building and creating characters that I actually fear for and worry about. The ongoing mysteries that we learn a little more about in each book thrill me and drive me crazy at the same time. Even some of the bad guys have me rethinking things with certain actions.

Lauren_reading In this book the dark have gone on a killing spree in Edinburgh and two dragons aren‘t enough. They killed Lexie‘s friend and she is also out hunting them when she meets Thorn.

Thorn tries to deny she‘s his mate to keep her safe, but Lexie is having none of that. There‘s so much going on in this book with Con, Rhi, Balladyn and Ulrik. Can‘t wait to get to the next one! 4y
