I love Ancestry.....this photo is one I own. This young woman is my 2nd Great Grandmother Mary Elizabeth Carter. She gets a place on my book case. I walk pass photo daily and I‘m reminded that I am who I am because she loved a man named Harvey. #ancestry #family

I‘m working on my maternal genealogy and wouldn‘t you know it...I found this. James Dues is my 6th Great Grandfather - in his pension application of 1818 he claims he fought at Yorktown and was a Prisoner of war during the American Revolution. I did find him his enlistment documents. How bad ass is this! #ancestors

Is anyone else having trouble uploading pictures to litsy? I couldn't even report a problem as every time it made the whole app freeze up. Any help? One of the many reasons I haven't been on much this week unfortunately

rockpools There were problems Tuesday when Amazon had it's 'moment', but all fine since - wonder if that jiggered something for you. I'd reinstall like @LaurenReads says. If it doesn't work I can report for you? 8y
