Wishing a joyful Winter Solstice to all who celebrate!
I had a chocolate and orange fruitcake in the oven before breakfast. The plan is to have a wholly immoderate slice once the sun has gone down, with a glass or two of mead, and a log fire in the wood-burner. The house smells wonderful and I am starting to feel festive after all! 😊
