Brazil, 1595. Sir Walter Raleigh leads a perilous expedition through the Amazonian jungles in search of a myth. He returns to England with tales of an extraordinary discovery. In present day New York, the financial world is rife with a terrifying rumour - that a vast source of gold has been discovered - if it's true, it would mean the downfall of the world economy. Rogue Special Operative Jack Marlow is tasked with finding the source of the rumour, and following his only lead he uncovers the brutal murder of an antique dealer who specializes in maps. But Jack isn't the only person looking for the gold - an ancient and deadly powerful organization is one step ahead - and soon the race to find the gold turns into a race to stay alive.
