Love it. Princess Pearl is just one of a set of Doctors who fly around on Zog. However the uncle the King does not think princesses can be doctors. That is until he needs her lifesaveing medicine. I love this book. The message, the rhymes, the cadence, and the illustrations. It all works.

4.5 stars for this clever book for the first and second grade set. It was just a little too long for my 6 year old. All the fun rhymes and magical adventures one expects from Donaldson with a positive theme about a girl who wants to be a doctor.. #kidlit #earlyreader #dragon #feistygirl
