Heroes Are My Weakness | 
pickI love books that can make me laugh and I had lots of laughter throughout this one. I also couldn‘t stay away from this audiobook. Annie is hanging onto her last rope when she returns to the island to recuperate and, of course, her old love and nemesis, Theo, would turn up @ the same time.
pickThis is somewhat out of the ordinary. It‘s Gothicky but ultimately much sweeter than you expect and very satisfying. It reminded me of my favourite of Trisha Ashley‘s books - where the heroine has an inner monologue with her muse (I must check which one that is) except with this it‘s puppets not a winged beast. Trust me. Just keep going past your initial shock at the puppets, it‘ll repay you.
Ta da! Here is what my blind-date-with-a-book turned out to be! It seems to be a modern day retelling of Jane Eyre! I have never heard of it, or the author, so I'm super excited to read it! :-)
No organization and my piles are super out of control but here's my #shelfie for #riotgrams there's actually a non working fireplace behind there. We needed more storage and the books block the draft so win-win!
