On to the next Lady Emily mystery!! 👍🏻😁⭐️📚☕️
Just began reading this book & I think I have to go back & read the first two in the series to get more of a feel for this one. 😞
Such a good book. Now I have to read the 10 other Lady Emily ones.
Finishing up The Shadow Year; moving on to Sea of Lost Love. I'm excited!
Sitting here finishing The Quick while waiting for the Cubs game to start! World Series baby!! ⚾️💙❤️
Am so excited to read this book!! I have reached my reading goal for the year - 45 books - and this is the first book beyond my goal so it makes it kind of special. Here's hoping it's a good one! 👍🏻👍🏻
Loved this book; didn't love the ending but I understand why it is the way it is. I would love to see a sequel or a prequel to this and to delve more into the characters back stories. Those Cahills sure have some history. I do recommend this book to suspense & horror lovers both!
Just started reading this one this morning. 91 pages in & I can't put it down!! 👍🏻👍🏻😁😁💗💗
Starting this one today.
Do you ever read something and it shocks you? You know it's coming. You anticipate it right from the beginning of the page, but when you read the authors words you're still shocked??
Historical fiction; my favorite kind of book! I don't know much about the 1930 disappearance of Judge Joseph Crater so this should be interesting.
Loving this book so far!! ❤️💙 Well...except for the puppets. The puppets scare me. 😳😖
This book was a fun summer read for me. The main characters antics alone made this crazy! She steals a bag of cocaine to pay for her college tuition - who does that?!?!
Bargain bin find!! Most are first editions! Can't wait to dive in!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁😁😁📚📚📚
In the first chapter the main character shows up at her brothers tavern in her dirty wedding dress. You go girl!! 💔👰🏻
Only on page six and already I'm crying. This is gonna be good.
21 pages in and the editing, or lack there of, is driving me crazy. I'm determined to push on though.
This book slowly unfurled & has made me believe that it's the small things that matter. I had an opinion that this book would be about a few oddball characters on a college campus. It became more about stopping to 'smell the roses' & seeing all the small wonders that life has to offer.
It's the little things that always make me smile the most. Only 73 pages into this one and it's making me smile already. 😊
Shopped in the Bargain Bin today on my quick stop at B&N. Found these two gems! Can't wait to get started on them!
Enjoying a nice morning outside with this lovely book. 😊☕️📚
A book about infidelity, a man's guilt (or lack there of), and misguided attempts to win his wife back is not the usual for me. But the authors writing style, and conflicted main character have intrigued me enough to give this a go.
